Everything you need to convert from manual windows and locks to power. Includes gray door panels from a 1995 TSI with simulated leather inserts:

You also get the full wiring harness, switches, window motor assemblies, lock assemblies, and bag of screws:

Switches, windows, and locks have all been tested and are fully functional. Everything bolts/plugs right into your existing doors. You can perform the swap in an afternoon. I am looking for $180 for everything. It is a bulky item, so you can pick up in VA (20169) or pay for UPS shipping. I will obtain shipping quotes for serious parties.

I'll certainly consider any offer. Otherwise, I'll send it off to E-bay.

don't suppose you have any documentation on swapping these in? I need to do it and its one of the few things I've never been into.

It's been a few years since I did mine. As I recall, the supplied wiring harness replaces the existing harness, starting at the plug near the door hinge. I believe that the wiring inside the cabin already exists. You just have to put a fuse in the right place in the fuse box and plug in a relay (supplied). All of the holes in the door exist, so installing the window motor is a bolt-in operation. The power lock actuator replaces the manual lock mechanism. A switch clips onto the lock cylinder to tell if the key has been turned (unlocks both doors at once).

FYI - I believe there are two relays. One behind the stereo, and another in a spot above the driver's side fuse box (it's a little white plastic cube you can only see when your head is near the clutch pedal looking up).

Yep - on my 1998 RS the relay was already there on the drivers side.

Anybody else? Am I the only one cheap enough to buy a manual door car?

I'd do $190 shipped to Richmond, IN. PM me if that works for you.
