IMO eBay your best shot at a budget build.. but budget builds are typically either not reliable or fast. (see the pick 2). At the end of the day, the 600$ turbo kit that blows your motor may cost you 3X that to get your car back up and running again.. Just some pearls of wisdom lol 15-25 psi.. hope your not on a stock block ; ). GL on your search!
