This. Just get the smaller belt that Mikey listed, remove that craptacular pulley and use a prybar to tension the belt via the power steering pump.

that's exactly how I did it! You can also get a bolt at the home depot and two nuts and make your own setup. Works just fine for like $2 max. Go without the pulley though-

Definately. Did this to mine after throwing a belt everytime I hit redline. Removed the tensioner, no squeaks, squeals, throws, breaks or otherwise adverse affects. I would highly recommend it.
