This is a COMPLETE universal kit. It is NEW, removed from packaging for photographs. It comes with:

(NOTE - This is a dry setup as it sits. To make this a wet kit, you will need 2 1/8" to -4AN fittings, a small length of -4AN hose, and a wet nozzle. All of this can be had from summit for less than $75.)

New with new wiring harness, instructions, etc..
Functions as a window switch. Has TPS, WBO2/NBO2 shutdown, multi-gear lockout, pedal delay, time delay, etc... The best controller you can buy for the price. It's the same controller I run on the SRT, and it is simply amazing. While you do not need a tach adapter, I would still recommend one. (The controller can pull a signal from the coil, or injector wires, etc...)
