could this be painted another color and not look funny when one adjust them later(scratch) ? cuz it's a nice offer but the color just dosen't work for me...

They are anodized so I am not sure how well they would hold up to paint but I am sure you could powdercoat them if you wanted. As far as scratching when torquing/loosening the adjustment bolts I think you could get away with not causing any marks if you used a bit of moly under the washers - the torque is only 110 inch pounds IIRC.

to cyex - You can spray brake cleaner on anodized parts and the color finish will rub right off. And walla - you have silver cam gears for no additional cost. Someone on dsmtuners did this with anodized a/n line fittings *runs and hides after admiting to visiting t00nerz*
