#115801, "FS: 99 anniversary edition Eclipse GS (Tampa, FL)"

I was planning to return the car to stock in the next few weeks and do the heat gasket job needed to solve the overheating problem it's having. I'd like to get out of this car and pick up a P71 Police Interceptor. I'm really just tired of never being satisfied with the car, not having enough $ to do things the way I want, and figure someone else can enjoy the car more. However, I'll give it a shot at selling the car as a turbo car first.

It's a 99, silver, M/T, OZ anniversary edition w/ the GST/GSX stock body kit and wing, sunroof, black leather, immaculate condition inside (except for falling material on sunroof cover-- I leave the cover open anyway so it doesn't bother me). Stock OZ F1 wheels in great condition. Body is a 8/10, has rock chips on front, bumper cut for FMIC, sideskirts are slightly faded. Engine has 61k on it, it's been turbo for the past 2k. It's been a FL car its whole life, no rust or corrosion, and my gf drove it until about 10 months ago. She drives like a grandma.

If someone wants to buy it as-is, I'll sell it for $6k O.B.O. with ALL my turbo parts including the spare block & head, ARP studs, PT lifters, 2.7L rockers, etc. as well as the stock stuff that came off. Otherwise I will be parting out the turbo setup and selling that stuff separately, then the car.

The bad:
It's overheating. I've done everything you can imagine.. new aluminum rad, high CFM fans, thermostat, silicon hoses, heat wrapped every coolant pipe there is, new water pump w/ timing belt @ 60k, rad cap, you name it. It's done. Only thing left is headgasket, and I do have a new top end rebuild kit that will go with the car. I also have a bottom end rebuild kit along all the freeze plugs for the entire engine that will go with it. I was planning to build a new engine, obviously. It will get to like 3/4 on the gauge after about 20 mins of driving and stay there but only in the afternoons. Doesn't actually overheat just runs really hot.

I can post pics later for people who are interested.

Turbo setup:
T3/T4 60 trim .63 A/R, 5-bolt discharge flange
Star knockoff manifold
Treadstone stainless downpipe extended to meet stock cat, wrapped in exhaust wrap & coated with black silicon sealant
3" N1-style exhaust (SRS brand, great quality)
Tial 38mm knockoff wastegate w/ treadstone open dump
FMIC with same side inlet/exit
2.5" IC piping, short route
Custom upper IC pipe made by Terry w/ HKS flange, wrapped in same insulation as the downpipe and coated black.
HKS SSQV black limited edition (new revision)
42 Draft Designs vacuum manifold
Vortech 12:1 FMU, stock injectors
NGK BKR6E plugs
New plug wires
New coolant temp sensor
Prosport mechanical boost gauge
Prosport electronic water temp gauge (new in box, will go w/ car)
-4an custom steel braided oil feed line
-10an custom steel braided oil drain line
Hallman Pro MBC

Runs like a bat out of hell @ 8psi but I have not driven it hard since the overheating started like 2 months ago. I baby it to/from work daily.

If anyone has interest in any of the above parts, also leave messages about those and if I can't sell the car as-is I will give you priority when I part it out.

KBB says 4.5k in "good" condition, I'd probably want to get $4k out of it.
