Well guys, sadly enough i am selling my eclipse. Its a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse and here is the list and details of the car...
-no engine in the car -brand new transmission, just needs to be sealed back up since its apart. -Motegi FF7 17" rims with shitty tires -2" megan lowering springs -rear camber kit -Front end conversion -DC sports front strut bar -Custom black and red interior. -Voltmeter gauge in door -Engine bay resprayed black with red accents -Front brembo cross drilled rotors -rear disc conversion -gs-t turbo wing -dent on the drivers side rear quarter -No heavy rust, maby a little surface rust at the dent but thats it -Buyer will get car and ALL eclipse parts which is substantial i assure you.
The last pic is for the wheels but before the rotors and front end conversion. I couldn't find new pics of the sides of the interior(door panels ect.)since i redid them. I can. To the OP: You'll have much better luck with a part-out, not to mention you'll recoup more of your money, just a thought.
I've bought 2gnt's in similar condition for much less. You'd be better off throwing some stock parts (if you have them) back on and selling the car for $200-$300 then selling the aftermarket parts separately or just parting out the entire car.
Problems are, paint doesn't match, from the pics at least the fenders and the bumper would need paint not to mention you said there's a dent in the rear quarter, if it's big enough to mention I imagine it's a decent size. The work to get the body matching and looking halfway decent by a professional would easily double the cost of the car, not to mention the fact that who knows how muc to get it back running. You say no engine so the purchaser has to have another motor to drop in then hope that everything else is in working order.
With all that said, your best bet is to part it out, if you don't have the time/money/space for that, I'm not too far from you, keep those wheels and the trans and I'd give you $200 for it. I would think you'd at least be able to get $500 for the wheels and trans plus $200, total of $700 which is only $100 below your asking price.
