Hey guys have a set of new still in box AEM cam gears bought and now no longer need bc of my 2.4L swap they are the 3 bolt in blue wanting to get

120 plus shipping OBO

ummm, I'm still new to all this. What are the advantages of adjustable cam gears please? Do they ever slip after setting? Can I see an increase of HP or gas milage using these? Thank you!
