Headliner w/o sunroof, the beige color in great shape w/ the padding on the back, plus the plastic the holds it up by the back glass 2" wide strip the length of liner.
Any CAI w/wo filter doesnt matter i have 2. need the pipe.

I don't know if you want a full CAI, but I do have an ebay short ram w/ filter, has a few scratches on it from the battery hold-down. Pay shipping and it's yours.
