Bought these about a year ago for my project car,but ended up never installing them. These do require a resistor box to run them on a 2gnt. I bought them freshly cleaned in great working order. those look like they have oxidation on them! $250 seems realy high being since you can get a set of brand new pte's on ebay for $265-
