im looking for a 420a head, it needs to have the springs, valves and retainers installed and include the cam caps. Cams and lifters and rockers are just an extra. I want this to be a direct replacement, i dont want to have to take it to a machine shop to get the valves redone and have it milled flat, so something just rebuilt would be great or atleast something you had checked for flatness.

no its not direct replacement becase it has 20k miles on it, i would still have to get the deck checked for flatness, and im not takig the risk of havin to get it milled
