The same Super 16G we include in our popular Turbosystems and Turbo Upgrades is now available separately! This hugely versatile unit delivers efficient airflow over a very wide range. Amazing street manners considering how much HP this turbo will support. Great choice for stock engines that will be upgraded internally later, as it can be run at low boost levels safe for a stock engine (typically 5-8 PSI), then turned up later after you improve the engine’s internals. And if you really want to step up later, this unit can be easily rebuilt and converted to Super 20G specs for under $400! The internal wastegate is super-effective, and can be ordered with your choice of adjustable wastegate actuators (click here). These actuators are also available separately should you decide to change boost levels in the future.
In the quarter mile with this turbo, we’ve run in the mid 11’s @ 120mph with our street Neon, and low 8’s @ 170+mph with our street GSX-R Suzuki.
Turbine inlet is a T3 style flange*. If desired, housings can be rotated to suit different installed positions.
The turbo was just professionally rebuilt by HAHN 1200 miles ago and has a ceramic coated turbine housing and a polished compressor housing. The HAHN manifold is also ceramic coated and was tapped for an EGT probe, no cracks, no leaks. I am only selling because I am upgrading to a much larger turbo. I was able to run up to 24psi on pump gas with a MSD DIS2 igniton box and the HAHN Portfueler, but the turbo is just as happy blowing 6-8psi for those with stock motors. A good starter turbo with plenty of room for moving up, will be just as happy making 200whp as it is making 330+whp.
Hahn sells this turbo/manifold combo for just under $1000 new - the the s16g sells for $700 on its own.
$600 + Shipping for both or $400 for the turbo + Shipping and $200 for the manifold + Shipping
I am going to have the 3" V-Band HAHN Downpipe off the car soon and up for sale too.

I'm interested in the manifold and possibly the downpipe. Give me a call at 224-595-2653
