havnt posted for awhile since ive been busy. Well, I'm going to give up on my car soon and I decided on this right AFTER i purchased this system. I had my first sound system stolen and wanted to put this in but decided...its time to move on, hehe. I'm sure you all know that the type r is known to be a pretty damn good sub. The amp is pretty good (my friend is running 2 JBLs with no problem) regardless what people think of sony amps. Heres what I have fs:

1) Alpine Type-R SWR-1042D: w/Bass Slammer 10" enclosure
Details: 10" 4-ohm subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils

1) Sony XM-DS1300P5 Mono 500 Watt Amplifier:

Heres the deal. I spent over $300 for this (sub $180@crutchfield, amp $150@onlinecarstereo, and box for $50@circuitcity), but Im willing to let it go for $220 shipped for you guys only (ebay if not sold). I'm willing to part the sub w/enclosure for $170 shipped. Remember, I guarantee you that this is entirely in excellent condition, I've only put it together as shown in the pics but never installed it in my car.
