I must question your setup.

-Why JE pistons? Ross and Wiseco have better reviews.
-Ferrea Duals? Kiggly has a beehive valve with less mass and just as much pressure.
-I'd rather go with a Cometic, since their specialty for DSMs is the 2.3 gasket. OEM MLS will do, but I have heard more and more failing.
-If you want the head not to raise, torque them to 100ft/lbs or look into A1 studs, which might be backordered.

The setup will make a ton of power. It will be an impressive machine. However, I would have gone the 2.0 route and rev'd to the moon, since that's where all the power will be.
