We have every UPS shipping record from the day we openned in storage. Your supposed to keep them 7 years, so it shouldn't be a problem.

We have always operated in a proffessional manor. All we can do is offer to solve the problem like we did in the begining, but you are also going to have to help a little by getting the alternative information. If there was some way we could check it for you we would.
