yes you can do it like you said, but its better to just get it al done once. the alignment shop can adjust it for you after they get a measurement, just tell them how to change the camber and they will do it for you. as far as adjusting, you just jack the car up and turn it. you cant do it with the cars weight sitting on the springs. (unless youre really, really strong)
