If you had bad vibration before the new pads, then its your rotors that are warped. You should always replace the rotor when putting on new pads, so that they seat together properly, and are noise free. I dont recomend machining the current rotors, esp if they are warped, cause they are pretty thin to begin with. Sorry dude, you just wasted 20 bucks
