im bringing back a old post but worth it

The adapter i bought for my laptop to go from my pcimablablabl slot to db9 does not work.

Avoid the startech brand. I can't even get it to communicate with my techedge. Ignore the price on the site its wrong. I only paid 50$ shipped for that sucker.
