19 PSI on a TD04LR-16Gk != 19 PSI on a GT30R.
http://stevegarufi.com/storybiketube1.jp g Inflate this to 19psi http://hiwwpoh.com/adventuretwo/bigtire.jp g Now inflate this tire to 19psi Same amount of air? Nope. What I'm saying is, unless the TD04lr-16GK flows the same a GT30R...and I'll be honest with you, I don't know. But if the GT30R flows more, you are going to get more performance out of the GT30R..as long as your engine can push it to peak efficiency at a reasonable RPM.
I know turbocharger theory well enough, it's OK. Your post was just a tad confusing (for me at least) and wanted to make sure people understood that. Edit: And just for reference the tiny little OE turbo on an SRT isn't much different in size than a T-too-small.
