This is a 1g crushed BOV I was running on my 87 quest. The BOV is crushed and sounds great. Also comes with the leak stop kit from dejontool. The bov has the set screw already installed for the kit to work.
$50 shipped

scroll down until you see the the kit

Skip step #1 as the BOV is already modified with the new fitting.

BOV1 1g DSM Compressor Bypass Valve Seal Kit Instructions

1. Drill a small (3/32”) hole through the side of the BOV flange to intersect the small factory hole in the bottom of the flange (which feeds the bottom of the diaphragm). Enlarge this new hole with a 5/32” drill to a depth of 1/4”. Tap this new hole and the first 1/8” of the factory small hole with at #10-32 tap. Screw the supplied small set screw into the factory hole to seal it. Use locktite or superglue if the fit is not tight. Screw the supplied brass barbed fitting marked “new BOV hole” into the new hole.

2. Mount the blue valve in the engine compartment. The passenger side inner fender is a good spot (see web site photo).

3. Run the hose from valve port #2 to the new brass fitting in the BOV flange (new hole)
Run the small hose from valve port #3 to a boost pressure source, BEFORE the Throttle Body. The small tube on the compressor outlet elbow works well. If you don’t have a boost pressure source, drill and tap a #10-32 hole in your Intercooler pipe and inset the supplied brass air nipple.

4. With the supplied white plastic ‘T’ and 3/16”ID hose, tap into the Manifold Vacuum hose that goes to the BOV.
