Hey everyone. My name is Chris and I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS *Turbo* 5-spd for sale. I would like to sell it whole but if I can’t get what I think is fair out of it then I’m going to have to part it out. There are 137713 miles on the odometer but there are only 200 miles on the motor since the rebuild. The interior of this car is in great shape. There are A LOT of aftermarket parts on this car, here goes the list. JE 8:8:1 Pistons Eagle “H” Beam rods 420a head with only 20,000 miles on it HKS Hi Power cat-back exhaust Fuel pressure regulator 550 injectors Walbro 255 fuel pump OBX fuel rail T25 turbo Stock 2g side mount intercooler Manual Boost Controller Off brand (very very loud) BOV Poly Urethane motor mounts Blitz body kit Carbon fiber hood Projector headlights 97-99 front-end conversion Apexi SAFC HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer EL Color changing gauges Boost gauge Oil pressure gauge Oil temp gauge All of the gauges light up the same way
Now for the bad news: There are a few dents on the roof of the car The throw out bearing was not seated properly which cause the transmission to lock up so this car will need a new clutch and throw out bearing. I can get those parts through a friend of mine for 500. That would be a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch and throw out bearing. There are a few scratches on the drivers side door. This car needs a new drivers side fender.
I am looking to sell this car very quickly so I am willing to let my baby go for 4000 dollars obo. That price is insanely low seeing as it has about 5700 dollars in aftermarket parts alone and the blue book value of the car in fair condition is about 2900 dollars. If you add up the cost of the parts and the value of the car you would be looking at about 9000 dollars and that doesn’t even include labor.
