I am selling my 240sx. It is an S14 1998 model. There were less than 2,200 of these cars sold in the U.S. for the year and are very rare. The car runs absolutely perfectly without any mechanical problems at all. It passed Maryland state inspection in July with flying colors.
Here are some vital stats:
1998 Nissan 240sx S14 (shark-eye projector headlights) Red 76,2xx miles on the KA24DE Automatic RWD It is totally stock other than the Eclipse MP3/CD player and Clarion speakers I installed. (sounds Very nice! The car is also pre-wired for subs and other stuff from the first owner).
It has some visual blemishes. The hood has a little dent on the front and near the windshield. The front bumper is missing a little paint in one small spot, and the rear bumper has a little tear in it above the license plate. Other than that there are just normal dings here and there from being a 5 year old car.
The auto tranny is a little touchy when cold, so it could probably use a fresh fluid change. I haven't gotten around to it yet because it really doesn't affect the car at all.
I am asking $7,500 just to get back what I put into it. It is worth more than that, but it has to move. No offers lower. $7,500 firm. It is certainly worth it, especially being as rare as it is.
