I could probably buy two turbo kits for the money I've put into the stereo.
gutting the car and matting the whole thing will take a solid 2-3 8hour days, with 2 experienced guys. but the more exotic you get, the longer it takes. I didn't just use dynamat. R-11 insulation, carpet padding, and fiberglass resin all work wonders in there respective application.
it's good in a sense, that I can hear more detail in the system, and I have zero road noise(just can't quite dull the sound of the greddy BL though) and when you close a door, it's like getting into a mercedes.
it's bad in a sense, that you can now hear every little thing in the car. as of now, I have no back seat and I can hear every little creek of the car flexing as I corner. As soon as I finish the trunk they should be all taken care of.
