The following list is just a rough, "main" parts list of things that I have already ordered/or already have...please let me know if i'm missing anything obvious or essential to building a high hp 420A-T(urbo):

(PowerTrain only)
1) Low comp pistons
2) Crower H-beams
3) Forged crank - HAVENT BOUGHT YET (necessary?)
4) Fully ported/polished/machined head w/ turbo cams (not from a 4g63)
5) GT30R Turbo
6) 12x18x4 FMIC w/ all piping
7) Missing link
8) PTE 1000cc injectors
9) Jeep TB (60mm)
10) Custom exhaust mani.
11) 3" turbo back exhaust
12) Adjustable cam gears
13) MegaSquirt
14) '02 Neon Tranny
15) Walbro 255lph fuel pump
16) Tial 40mm WG
17) Tial BOV
18) Quaiffe LSD

...yah now that I look at that list, im SURE im missing some things...

Oh boy?

I suppose you meant, "Oh boy, not another newbie retard jumping into knee deep shit with no clue what he's getting into..." right? Well, pretty much...but getting my question answered would help a little.

You called it but since you recognized where I was coming from.. take the forge crank off the list, you don't need one and nobody makes one in any case, also, you do not need a Missing Link if you get a Megasquirt, the '02 tranny is narrowing it down a bit, the '01-04 ones will work I believe, the Quaife LSD is seriously expensive and hard to come by, a phantomgrip would work just as well, I think you mistyped your ic core size - 21x18x4 sound better?? - and for your turbo cams, Crower 2 Turbo grinds are the ones you want.

Half-inch headstuds. You'll lift the head off at ~400hp with 7/16ths studs. You'll have to drill out and re-tap the block, and drill out the head and head dowels. You'll also want at least DSS tage 5 axles and hubs, anything less is pointless. If you're going balls out, go balls out. Street tires are ajoke at that point - if you want it to do anything useful, invest in a 26x10x15 slick, or shut the fuck up and get back to work.

Yah, I knew exactly where you where coming from...thanks for the information, keep it comming. Eh, about that forged crank, it was just an "option" for one of howell automotives rebuild kits, so I dunno.

Yes, I realize slicks are an absolute must pushing this much power on a FWD, but this list is really just to target the powertrain.

There is no way to find out until you install everything. Its not going to be how much you have put into your motor, but how much boost your motor can handle since your going to need over 20psi to do it.

get the quaife

yes its expensive, it can be found every day at horsepowerfreaks.com
but in the end it will last longer and be more reliable than a phantom grip.

Not just stainless valves, Oversized valves!
