with or without tires, don't care. wanting a good price. need a set of black wheels, preferably with polished lip. also consider gunmetal. 18's may also be considered.

Yeah, sorry it comes with four practically brand new tires... Still has the little dots on them... Kuhmo doesn't make rims either... Didn't mean to make it sound like that LOL
