stock 97 GSX rotors yes... not GS/RS rotors those rotors are to small in Diameter to fit on the GSX calipers

the rotors are premium OEM rotors.. not a performance rotor..

as for them fitting 16's I woudl ask another memember to make sure but if I remember someone telling me YES they will
