What's wrong with a 14b? It really is a great little turbo. While a 16g makes for a better street turbo in most cases (where the proper supporting mods are in place), a 14b is a huge step up from the t25, and you can find them for almost nothing. A 16g is not that different from a 14b, it just has a larger compressor wheel and a 7cm exhuast housing vs a 6cm for the 14b. They have been proven to make some good power on near stock cars. Hate on the t25 all you want (it truly does suck after all) but at least give a little love to the 14b!

Edit: And as Tony said, once a 14b is installed, all you have to do is unbolt the turbo (without breaking too many bolts

) and water/oil lines, and then bolt in the 16g and lines. Easy job!
