Yup on the disc. According to my info it says all Spirits but if you really want to be sure you can match up these specs; Outside Diameter: 9 1/8 inches (232 mm) Spline Major Diameter:15/16 Spline Teeth: 17
As for the PP, be sure you get the 228mm one (for the 1.8. The link shows a couple of different plates).
As for the flywheel and a "few bolts", lol, yup.
If I were just doing a stocker rebuild with some bolt-ons, I would honestly get the F1. Its a proven clutch for some power (I have used it on three NA cars with lots of miles). Once you start boosting and "up the power", that would be the time to look at saving money with the AUDI set-up vs say, buying a SBC clutch. As far as the numbers, its honestly been so long since I did this that I can't recollect. But the PP had considerably more pressure than stock (and the cltuch disc had more surface area). I boosted on that set-up with no problems BUT when I put 570whp I had this set-up; http://www.clutchnet.com/product.php?productid=20176&cat=0&page=1 http://www.clutchnet.com/product.php?productid=17423&cat=0&page=2
