Your engine is Blown, read in a Custom Haynes book. If you see creamy white on the oil cap etc. This means your engine is blown, I would rebuild just my opinion. Also, this ATF+4 is for Automatics not Manuels. I use ATF+4 in my auto GS with Lucas OIL Transmiaaion Stablizer, and this Lucas stuff does work oh also I use lucas fuel treatment and in my oil. Show a pic of the ATF+4 for manuel trans. It'll say on bottle either manuel/auto trans. Just my 2cents on clearing up this ATF+4 debate
