I just ran across this thread, My $.02 wish list:

A stronger, limited slip differential that fixes both the open diff and the diff pin. Quaife diffs are excellent, but OH, so expensive, and are actually overkill, as a true Limited Slip would be quite adequate.

An aftermarket equivalent lube that DOES NOT cost 10 bucks a pint.

Affording gear ratio selections is difficult, as every gear change (final or 5th) requires a complete companion shaft or cluster change. In other words, the very construction of the shafts effectively countermands economical gear changes. But if NVH offered either complete transmissions with the ratios and differentials we like, or kits to convert existing ones...
