#97146, "2G smic"

Hi,

ive bought a used fmic 1 month ago but it is soooo big. Im auto with A/C and cant figure out how to mount it... the only way its to remove the metal reinforcement in the bumper and it will be a pain to pass the piping. So since im planning only 8psi I want to use the 2G oem smic. Is this one enough ?? and someone know the inlet and outlet size ?

Thanks!

It's perfectly fine for 8psi, people use it at twice that, not the most efficient buy still works

I know it's slightly different than the 1g one but I know they're similar, the 1g one is around 1-3/4" maybe 2" if I remember correctly

2" is fine, but you're going to need to go larger to fit on the throttle body. turbo to intercooler should be 2" piping, your turbo outlet is probably 2". intercooler to throttle body your going to have to either modify the end tank for larger piping or start with 2" piping and expand up to 2.5" You're either gonna need a coupler that changes diameters or weld some pipes together that increase diameter.
