Im running basicly just a hahn stage 1 (i ordered a stage 1 from hahn, but adding my own FMIC...but thats besides the point right now)

Boost stays pegged at 5 lbs in 1st (automatic) and 1st half of second. near the top of second, boost starts to go to 8-9 pounds

the wastegate vacuum lines are perfect, zip tied and everything

i am running bascially open exhaust after the downpipe, thats the only thing i can think of that would cause the boost to go so high in top of second. im running no intercooler right now, so i really dont like it going that high, lol. Is the open exhaust why boost is going so high? anything else i should check?

Thats WAY TOO HIGH for no intercooler! Be careful. I have no idea what the problem is but I have seen it on the board before. I am sure someone knows. . .

hehe, i would...if i could, lol.

the exhaust bolts are cross-threaded...so basically only 1 of the 2 bolts is the only thing holding it up, but theres like a 1"+ gap bewteen the downpipe and the cat.

instead of trying to muscle it, i figured it would just make me get my exhaust done sooner, lol

but does that sound reasonable? 3+ psi creep because of open exhaust?
