With proper tuning (don't know anything about the ultimate) you can max out whatever turbo came with your kit.

Now with BB Xona Rotor HTZ FP Red and ~450whp

Not sure about #'s, but I have heard with 440s you will be maxing out your fuel with about 14-16psi.

My benchracing guess would be...278whp emoji

Yeah, from a quick glance, it seems that your injectors are going to be what limit you.

Def get larger injectors in there and the only bottleneck will be the turbine itself.

This car should go. emoji

I've run 18psi on a S16g and Ford 440's. Still nice and rich.

I think the Eagle rods are rated at 400hp but you're much more likely to kill a piston with detonation or other mistakes before you hit 400.

What other supporting fuel mods have you done? Hopefully a walbro 255 and a SFMU.

I forgot about the injectors... Suieclipse said he ran 21psi on 440's... I've run 18 and it was still rich. You'd probably want to keep it around 15-16psi with 440's though. Thats what I do, makes me feel a little bit safer.

I ran 20psi one day with 440's, SFMU, Walbro 255 in-tank and obx fuel rail this spring. I ran 16-18psi all spring though was I was still a bit rich (11.0).

You guys are comparing boost levels on different turbos. *HINT*HINT* Oh and by the way ... the RC Eng formulas don't mention boost pressure ... just fuel pressure *HINT*HINT*.

The better question is "WTF are you thinking running that high of an insane fuel pressure on a regular basis?!?!"

I only ran it like 4 times to just get the feeling of high boost, hell it was great, and yes I went through a quick tank of gas!

Aggression, not too sure how long everyone has ever went with no problems, but I always though 440's fuel up to like 22psi. I could be wrong, but thats just in the research I read and shit on this site. I know suieclipse ran with 440's for awhile on 18psi though.

I guess i will find out how high i can go soon. I just installed my PLX wideband 02 sensor kit and a slim fan so that my Precision SC61 turbo would not burn my stock radiator fan, all i am waiting on is my internal wastegate housing and downpipe flange. I got 42lb green top injecors, accell in-line fuel pump, walbro in tank, and S-FMU. But i will be going either microtech or portfueler within the next few months. I will let you know how my turbo feels emoji
