I'll try help you the best I can with my post other than saying "search".
Anyway, stock is about 7-10 psi, but again it depends. I've read some who blow it in a month, in some cases a week if they don't know what the hell they are doing, and some can go for years. Again, it depends on the motor and how well its been taken care of.
As far as the aeromotive fpr, if you wanna go with that option, it works, but you have to use some form of piggy back computer which the emanage is. However, I've read that the emanage can be difficult so can't help you there. (read further in my post).
95s have the return line on there fuel so don't have to bother with that. 96 and above are the returnless.
I suggest however that since you are new to the 2gnt turbo scene, I recommend keeping your setup as simple as possible with a vortech sfmu that's boost depended and with a stock ecu. The emanage (and piggy backs in general) are really for the big boys and if you don't know what you are doing, you will say goodbye to your other new motor. I suggest go with the simplest way till you know your way arround. As far as the n-tercooler spray thingy, again simplicity right now. You're not exactly pushing the turbo system to its limits and need additional cooling at low boost levels. New Car: 2004 350z base, Nismo CAI, pioneer avic-n1 (dvd, cd, navi)
