Ok, well, I've got this little issue and it's REALLY starting to bug me. I'm running a S16G w/ GReddy FMIC. I'm still using the Cartech (no flaming please. It's tuned pretty good and I'm building my 8-injector setup) and I've got 30lb. injectors. At idle she's pulling about 15-16in./Hg and I'm getting about 22-25psi of fuel. Pretty much right on. I'm running 7-8psi of boost right now and my fuel is right around 70-80psi under full boost (yes, I know, it's a bit rich). Anyway, when cruising around @ 65-75mph, my EGT's are sitting at like 1400-1450. If I go WOT in 3rd or 4th, my EGT's won't go about 1550 @ redline. Also, if I go partial throttle, the EGT's SKYROCKET and it seems like my ECU isn't going into open loop mode. Now, I think my issue with the high EGT's could be that I'm still running stock exhaust (except for an aftermarket muffler) and my stock , OE cat that's got over 142K miles on it. I also noticed that my A/F meter (digital, the one corbin used to make) is reading negative numbers and just basically not working at all. I don't think I've got a bad O2 because I'd get a CEL, right? Anyway, some input would be nice cuz I wanan fix this ASAP! I'm thinking of just gutting the cat, but I'm not 100% sure that's the problem. HELP PLEASE! 96 Indy Red Dodge Avenger I4 5spd 225.7whp/227.2wtq @ 10psi, currently running 12-14psi.
