I have a 98 talon that has already been rebuilt once for piston ring failure. I have a hrc stage 2 with je pistons, crower rods, total seal rings, farrea valves and crane valve springs and retainers. Anyways I have been getting some blowby and my 1 qrt catch can will fill up about every 1000 miles, depending on how I drive it. The other day oil started spraying from my turbo, appearantly from the drain tube gasket, all over my engine bay. I know serious blow by can couse this but if my blow by was that bad, wouldnt I be burning oil too. My engine produces no smoke, and I have searched and yes, there is no kink or blockage in the drain tube. I thaught my valve seals were just leaking and causing some blowby under boost, but all this oil sprayed out when I was driving normally down the freeway. Sorry for the long post. THanks
Always console a girlfriend in the death of a cat. Even if secretly you are the one who set it on fire and threw it into the ceiling fan.
