#7449, "SOMEONE OBD1 with an SAFC, i have a question (IMPORTANT!)"
Here's my story. i have a 95 GS OBD1. this is my third (Count 'em .. THIRD! Smoked the first two )
I need your help.. Go look at your car. What is your green (tach) wire connected to? What color? White with a yellow stripe?
I just want to make sure. i got the first one replaced for free, this one i had to pay for (highly discounted, but paid for still) so i don't wanna fuck it up.
Lemme know!! I'm charging the battery right now, in an hour i'll need to try it out...

Yeah it has some colored squares on it but its the only white wire without any solid colored stripes running along it. I was more concerned about the grounds since there were several black wires. I didn't even ground mine at the ecu. Seems to be working. Go it leaned out as much as 15% in some places. I can now go through 3rd gear with EGTs locked at 1590 and on few occasions a brief spike past 1600 before leveling back down. Since everyone thinks my boost is too high I figured I'd lower it to 8.5psi and work some magic on the AFC. Feels about the same as 10psi and no AFC adjustments.
