I have a hrc stage2 and a 8:8:1 fully built bottom end and when I punch it from a stop is stops pulling around 4500-5000 rpms in every gear. Also when I shift it doesnt chirp or jerk hard at all is this from turbo lag? Can I run 10psi safely on my car with a sfmu and without bigger injectors?Oh and Im running around 7psi

7lbs is not a whole heck of a lot of boost, so it may be just that. Howeve, my first inclination is that you have a boost leak somewhere, a small one, b/c you should not stop pulling at those RPM's. My car screams up to 7 grand and still wants more ... that is when it runs.

Would running 9psi-10psi be safe on my car with a sfmu and a fully built bottom end. I plan on getting 400cc injectors later but dont have the funds right now.

Yes, however not on stock injectors. I was maxing my stockers out at 110 psi at around 7-8 lbs of boost. Like you mentioned earlier, bigger injectors should be next on the list.
