13 psi = 241 whp 230 torque
i did 4 pulls and was lean at 13psi. i have a 4:1 ration disk in my fmu and my afc is +50 from 5000rpms on. I am installing my S-fmu tomorrow and going back. i have the chart in my email but i must d/l a program to run it. once i do that i will post the charts.

tune tune tune! 300 should be atainable.

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.
If not. Go here: here

If still nothing, your trying to hard. Start over at step 1.

yeah post your A/F graphs to see if you were running too rich throughout the powerband...i think you should be making a little more power at 13psi. i'm guessing that you were too rich.

nah dude i said i was lean at 13psi. i need to install my sfmu thats just sittingin my room. although i did change the disk in my fmu from 4:1 to 8:1 to be able tp get about 14 psi out of it. im going back to the dyno tonight. maybe i might even take the time after work to install the sfmu. the car is running so great i really didnt want to mess with it. I downloaded runviwer from www.dynojet.com but i have to print up the dyno charts and scan them then post it because i cant copy it or anything. i would really like to post the charts. Also i am very pleassed with the numbers even if they should be a little higher. a buddy of mine with a 1st gen awd talon has a big 16g mild port and polish, 550s, afc, ported 02 housing full 3 inch turbo backand a couple other mcs things and put down 227whp at 15psi on the same dyno. he ran a 13.1 but i forget at what mph. ill post more results tonight

It wasnt an AWD dyno though was it? Thats why he only put down 227. He should be at prolly high 200's to low 300's in that awd.

yea sorry i didn't notice you said that you were lean. well really the biggest thing now is your IC. when i was boosting with the STAR IC, it's not that efficient. if you notice, you're gonna feel a lot of hot air coming from the outlet after a high boosted run. i noticed a big difference when i changed IC's. i boosted to 21psi once, and never again did i attempt it again...my EGT's were way up there and i burned the hell out of my hand on the outlet. i have a temp laser pointer, and the temps were like 170deg! way too hot! now with my new IC, it's like inlet 167deg, outlet 100deg at 18psi. big difference. then again i have a big IC.also look into buying a 3" exhaust system...it will also help you with lower EGT's. fueling wise, you're ok for now upto 15psi. i would say the priority is your intake temps.

Well i have accel 415cc. i had a 4:1 disk in my fmu and went lean at 12-13psi. yesterday i went back to the dyno with an 8:1 disk in there to see if the fuel was bumped up. and it did get more fuel but still nto enough to bump the boost up to the desired 15psi. i was going to put the 12:1 disk in but i wasnt sureif the fuel pressure would be to high with the 12:1 disk in there. Does anybody know if that would make the fuel pressure to high so i can just put that in until i get the sfmu installed. i have the sfmu sitting in my room but the car is running so great im scared to install the sfmu. if anybody lives around delaware md or pa that would be able to help that would be great. All the lines are ran already all i have to do is disable the stock fpr and set the static and idle fuel pressures. does anyoen have an idea why im not getting enough fuel with the fmu and 415s. i also have a walbro 255 just so everyone knows the whole fuel system. the afc settings are at +50 from 5000rpms on. i know i should have had teh sfmu installed for a while but i was just lazy. im really pissed though because im not at the 15psi i should be at.

Setting the AFC into the positive is only going to cause fuel cut. Set it to zero.

Post you whole SAFC settings list too, so i can tell you what you're doing wrong.

415s at a 4:1 rise rate should allow you to get past 15psi easily. Any setting to the AFC that goes into the positives adjusts the MAP sensor voltage greater than 4.8xxxxV (what ever atmosphere is measured at). Have the ECU see greater than 4.8xxxxV will cause it to fuel cut.

ok he it goes. Safc settings hi throttle.
1000 = -45
2000 = - 25
3000 = - 15
4000 = - 5
4500 = +35
5000 = +50
6000 = +50
&000 = +50
i had the setting round 0 to + 10 from 5000 to 7000 before i went to the dyno but he told me add as much fuel as i can from 5000 +.
I also have the 8:1 disk in there no but as soon as i gohome i will change it back to 4:1. my a/f with the 4:1 disk in there when the setting were at 0 to +10 he said i was veryy lean high 13's in the a/f. I bumped up the fuel and it brought me to about 12.1 then i put the 8:1 disk in there and it brouh me a bit richer but not much. thanks for everyones help. i got so much damn money wraped up in this turd. if anyone wants to check out pics of my car and what not check out my website. also ive been a memeber here for quite a while i made a few posts but without reading all the forums and general page i just wanted to say i would have never gotten where i am if it wasnt for this site and the knowledge most of you have. thanks again

Set all the positives to zero. As explained above, setting the correction values over zero will just make you fuel cut. Otherwise, you're not terribly far off rom where i was with 440's and a 3:1 disk - and i had plenty of fuel for 15PSI.

For what its worth, the Walbro is not a good high pressure pump. I augmented mine from the get-go with a big, beefy Airtex inline. That may very well be part of your problem.

I had the same problem man. EGT's were out of control. My fix was to install the SFMU. I have the largest disk, and the dark grey spring in it. Do you have a fuel pressure guage? That would be nice to know. I didn't read what size injectors you are running, I assume they are not stockers.

I agree with Dino, you might want to upgrade that fuel pump, it might not be able to get the job done.
