is that is my oil pan, were i drain the old oil out ect, is that were i drill out a oil return line for my turbo?? and if so how do i drop this oil pan out cause obviously i cant drill a hole for it being attached.

Yes, it's your oilpan. You would drop the pan by unbolting all the bolts all the way around the perimeter of the pan. There's a bracket on the side of the pan that's obstructing some of the bolts. You'll need to unbolt that bracket as well to get all of the bolts out.
