keeps it very quiet, less attention from police. No whooshing sound just a loud fluttering then nothing, kind of cool

I've had it on for like three weeks... I'm bored with it now!

nice mine is mostly 3 inches. recirculation is a waste of time and money is what I found out, it is quiet I guess but it just sounds so badass open. Do ya got a picture of the recirculated part?

how much did it cost to get that done?

here's mine its gone through a few revisions since this pictures though. Did you make a long dump tube or a small one?

I hate how it comes so close to the oil pan though =/ wow you even went through all the trouble of recirculating your BOV. interesting. That means your car is enviromentally friendly and should supposedly pass smog, but if a smog shop sees that in california they'll just nod and walk away.

Nah I just left the dump tube where it was, spraying carbon all over my block... emoji

I just did a bunch of computer work for my moms friends husband, I said he could pay me with welding/machining emoji

Legitimate smog places will never pass me, recirculator or not. I just have it this way to keep the car quiet. Too much unwanted attention from police.

if you could gimme like 20 for the test pipe that would be nice

I'm in 94025

<edit> this picture doesn't really convey how bad off the old downpipe is... part of it was banged up by the shop, and it HAS been welded on FIVE times by three different people... It works, but needs repair!

Without proper bracketing and a flex section, IMO, then you are putting alot of un-needed stress on your CAST star exhuast mani.

wul... the new one has a flex section... its a little ways behind the oil pan

my old downpipe seemed to be the weakest link, therefore it would crack all the time

A short flex section with flanges on each end instead of integrated into the DP? emoji I'm sure it's nice and all but I'm just wondering why you chose to do it this way.

Did you take out all your AC components? It looks like you have a lot of room on the left side of your engine bay with a 3" DP in there.
