I finished hooking up my nitrous a couple days ago and when I tested it, it worked great. Today I went out to play and it BOGGED! WTF! Nitrous is on, purge works great. I have brand new NGK plugs -which I did not gap differently because the stock setup worked great on my talon. I ran the kit through about 5 bottles w/ 75 shot on my 2g talon and had no problems at all. The only difference is that I am now using an AEM intake and I tapped the fuel rail instead of cutting the line. I dont know why its bogging. I guess its getting too much fuel. I have no backfire or anything. Any ideas on why its bogging on me? I searched and found some w/ the direct port but didnt find an answer.

Well i will tell you this. I had my n20 and 35shot was great. Went to 50 and it bogged, I checked everything and it bogged again. Then I came to idle and had a rough idle. I fried a valve.

F*ck! so, if your bogging be f*cking careful.

I think that maybe your bottle might not be filled all the way.

bottle pressure? i think if you dont have the optimal pressure youll get less nitrous flowing through than you should....hence too much fuel. maybe..im just guessin

How is the temp there? Is it cold? Becuase I know the bottle pressure varies A LOT depending on temp. Like ~60F the pressure would be 900PSI compared to ~40F around 600PSI.
What about the jet size? Right one in the right place?
