#66232, "Which Turbo?"

So my Big 16G died... so now what should I get?

My manifold has a Mitsu flange, but that can easilly be changed...

So it's a Mitsu turbo... 16G? 20G?
Or should I go Garrett? I have a huge ass Garrett T04 on my living room floor... emoji

Since you have that "laying around," I'd bolt that on over a 20G, otherwise, I would've voted for the 20G emoji Without more specs on your T04, I'd say that turbo should be good for 500-600 hp.

I'm sure it would move plenty of air... just wonder about spool time and such...

The comp. side seems very large... but the actual inlet, comp wheel and outlet arent overly large... the comp wheel looks just like my big 16G wheel, so I'm sure it is an efficient design...

I'd need to get an external wastgate... but thats no big deal.

Dude, don't even try. That turbo will barely spool on your 2.0L, you'd be wasting your time. if the manifold has a Mitsu flange, put a Green on it.

That's exactly what I figured... too large for the motor... it looks too old also.

Just thinking aloud more than anything...lol.
