ur pics are backwards..the pic labeled intake side is the exhaust (the exhuast ports are smaller then the intake ports) and the exhuast pics are the intake pics(you can see the cut out for were the injector shoots...

wow! that's a hell of a nice port job! i just gotta say, the heads on our cars IS really a good design. if you look at the ports, notice it just goes straight through to into the valves instead of having to curve upwards like most heads i've seen. the only thing that sucks for us is that hump that we gotta remove in both ports. i gotta do that as well. very nice man, you should have some nice gains with that. hurry up and dyno that thing!

solved... weld it back in... re-enforce it... the fuel cell is no longer there and we still have the old part... we have a welder with extra metal..
