Ok, I clocked my S16G and it look pretty good. Here are a few pics. If you've got ANY questions, I've got a LOT of pics from the install on my home computer (I'm @ work right now). Don't mind the mess, I have to redo ALL my vacuum lines and clean it up! This should give you an idea of what it'll look like once it's clocked. Again, I've got about 15-20 pics @ home of what I did to clock it.

Basically, what I did, was remove the wastegate actuator bolts and the snap-ring on the cartridge. We then rotated the compressor housing (can be kinda stiff...don't worry, you won't break it) to the position we wanted it in. After that was et, we reinstalled the snap-ring. Now, for the actuator, since we clocked the compressor, the mounting holes for the bolts wouldn't line up. So, we took some scrap metal, welded it onto the compressor housing, drilled and tapped new holes for the actuator mounting bolts, mounted her up, and badda bing, we were done! Please feel free to PM me, email me, or hit me up on AIM to discuss if you've got any other questions! :-D 96 Indy Red Dodge Avenger I4 5spd 225.7whp/227.2wtq @ 10psi, currently running 12-14psi.
