You prob won't be able to bolt a 3" DP to the HRC Super series turbos. First thing, is that the flange needed can really only take at most a 2.5" pipe. This would mean that you would need to fab a reducer to mate to the flange, then up the pipe size to 3". Next issue is that there will be almost NO room to run a 3" DP, mostly because the A/C pump and lines get in the way. If you ditch the A/C system, then it can be done. Next issue is the 3" pipe clearing the radiator fan, then at the same time, clearing the coolant crossover pipe. IMO, all these issues isn't worth putting a 3" DP on, at LEAST not right at the turbo outlet. Maybe go 2.5" turbo out, then after it shoots downward past the clearnce issue spots, then go up to 3". Its VERY tight in there..I should know, since I made 10+ custom 2.5" HRC DP's..this is assuming all mandrel bent piping also..I really don't think 3" is necessary until you are really pushing some big power...400+ crank HP..Any differences from 2.5" to 3" will be mostly spool up rpm, which you may get a 100 or so, but power gains will be minimal if you aren't pushing lots of boost/power..I gained mostly spool up time going from a stock DP to the 2.5" at 13 psi. Approx HP gain around 5-10 HP. Got around 250 rpm spoolup though
