I am finally getting my engine back in this weekend. I want to know what kind of HP I might be pushing once I break in the engine. I can't wait to get it Dynoed. Also Is the HRC sidemount that comes with the stage 2 kit the same as the upgraded GS-t I/C?

I have no idea. All I can estimate is that it is going to be DAMN FAST!!!!!!!!! What kind of piping did you use on the starion FMIC? I am planning on goin gwith one and I have no idea how to get the piping done.

How much horsepower do you want? Dial it in on the BC. Hahn is running 11's with only the pistons and rods done on the engine. Dial in 12 and your a tad over 300 horse. Your ready to rock and role, just stay away from the knock. Im going to make a knock sensor led so i don't blow my new je's. I suggest that.

How does that knock sensor thing work? I know that's a popular upgrade for GSTs. SO basically it goes on whenever you engine knocks then you know to back off right?

I don't know it in details but I think for our cars, its just a sensor mounted on the rear bottom part of the block and all it does is it senses knocks from the engine from detonation and retards timing if that happens. but how do you hook up a warning light or whatever to the knock sensor?? I think that would be pretty convenient..
...you can't. The 4g63's can do it because the knock sensor is tied into a boost control solinoid. The tie the light into the solinoid, because when they get knock, the ecu activates that solinoid to lower boost levels and the solinoid activates the light. We don't have anything physical that is activated via our knock sensor, just ignition retard. So really, with our stock knock sensor, there's nothing we can do. ______________________________________ -Dino Yancey I'm so bad, i should be in detention.
