While I think the EGR has something to do with the higher temps, I want you guys to concider the coolant flow pattern. Fresh out of the radiator as cool as the coolant is going to get enters the block right by cylander 1 and goes through the block getting hotter and hotter, and the last cylander it cools is cylander 4. and then back into the radiator. Since when I install my ported polished manifold (thanks Skrills) I'm going to cap my EGR, I still think #4 will be the hottest.
