my question is at the three opening "tree" on the intake manifold (i think the technical name is the intake manifold plenum) the opening farthest to the left is where the bov wire should be connected to. what happens to the stock connection that's already connected to that when the car is stock? that area should be occupied with the bov connection so where does the stock connection go to.

Just use a vacuum tee and connect both.

okay i am officially confused
the picture is from the hrc instructions and the what you don't see is the bov line.
the "tree branch" to the far left (opposite to the tree branch where the tees that connect to the boost gauge and the line that goes to the sfmu), is where the hrc instructions say to connect the bov line. but there is already a stock line there.
SOOO....... are you all saying IS IT OKAY to connect the bov line to the "tree branch" where the boost and sfmu line goes to and everything will be fine?"
thanks ya'll.... the turbo kit install is officially ON!!!!! again!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, actually, I run my BOV directly off the big (center of the 3) nipple on the intake manifold. I tee off the other 2 nipples a couple times each to run to everything else.
Definitely helps responsiveness!
Anyways, it doesn't matter which vacuum source or what order you tee in, just as long as they're all connected to vacuum one way or another. (PNOYMAHAL! hehe)
