I installed my boost controller and i have a slight problem... in first gear (AUTO) it hits 7 psi liek i want it... then it drops to 5... then in second it goes and stays at 7 PSI... I have a 98 GS stage 2 HRC kit.. with 1G eclipse SMIC custom set up... what could the problem be???? thanks.

Need more info .... is it like a sudden drop every time at certain RPM's, or is it random? You may have a slight vac leak occuring with that much boost pressure in 1st gear. Either way there really shouldn't be a need to really wind out and hold 1st gear for very long before hitting 2nd, unless it's happening in that short amount of time. Give more specifics ....

check for boost leaks at all your coupler connections, and all your vac lines.
